** HAVING ISSUES DOWNLOADING SOFTWARE INTO YOUR D10-100? One of our customers explains the fix clearly here ... "Finally, it looks like I have resolved the issue with the D10-100. I finally got through to a better Tech Rep at Directv. She did some research for me with the engineers at Directv and they found that there is an issue with D10-100 receiving a download. They had to put 2 new software downloads into rotation that were not currently in place. I have let this receiver stay on overnight and it is working fine now." EM (Customer)
