All Customers Buying New Receivers with Access Cards

These terms apply to the purchase of DirecTV Receivers listed here.

We sell DirecTV receivers for less than they cost us! When you activate your receiver within 30 days of purchase/lease DirecTV pays us an activation commission. This agreement insures us that we are going to receive our commissions. Please read the terms below carefully and follow them.

Your Responsibilities to 2000 Networks

• All orders with 2000 Networks are your responsibility. If you are purchasing and/or leasing this DirecTV receiver for yourself, someone else, or giving it away as a gift, YOU are taking full responsibility for any and all failure to comply with the requirements as stated in our Sales Terms and Conditions.

Residential Orders

• Existing and Previous DirecTV customers qualify
• You must be 18 years old
• You must be a US resident living within the contiguous 48 US states
• You must install your new receiver(s) in a residential dwelling within the contiguous 48 US states.
• You must activate all receivers with a residential DirecTV account.

Commercial Orders

• We do not sell or ship to commercial DirecTV account customers.
• None of our receivers qualify to be commercially activated.
• A $300.00 charge per receiver will apply.

Foreign Orders

• We do not sell or ship to foreign accounts.
• None of our receivers qualify to be activated outside the 48 contiguous US states.
• A $300.00 charge per receiver will apply.

Third Party Local Providers

• We do not offer DirecTV receivers to customers who get their service through a third party.
• You must activate your new receivers DIRECTLY with DirecTV.
• If you pay your DirecTV bill to anyone other than DirecTV ... DO NOT ACTIVATE!
• A $300.00 charge per receiver will apply.

Activation of your new DirecTV / DVR / Tivo receiver

• Activate your new DirecTV receiver(s) with DirecTV service within 21 days of receipt.
• Effective March 1, 2006 DirecTV is requiring ALL DirecTV receivers to be activated with their new LEASE PROGRAM. If you are not familiar with DirecTV's lease program do not order from us until you have contacted them (1-800-DIRECTV) and informed yourself as to your exact responsibilities under this program. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you place an order with us (2000 Networks) we will be assuming you understand the new lease program thoroughly and agree to fulfill all your obligations with DirecTV.
• Use only the access card that comes with each new receiver. No exceptions.
• Do not use your old access card under any circumstances.
• Order your DirecTV service directly with DirecTV 1-800-347-3288 (1-800-DirecTV)
• Keep your DirecTV receiver(s) active as required by DirecTV.
• Activate your new DVR / Tivo receiver(s) with DVR / Tivo service within 21 days of receipt.
• Order your DVR / Tivo service directly with DirecTV 1-800-347-3288 (1-800-DirecTV)
• Keep your DVR / Tivo receiver(s) active as required by DirecTV.
• DirecTV / DVR / Tivo receivers require both services to be activated and maintained
• With additional receivers you must agree to any additional monthly lease and/or programming fees dictated by DirecTV.

Non-Activation Chargebacks

• If you do not activate all receivers within thirty (30) days of shipment as described above you will be charged the following non-activation chargebacks:
• $150.00 per receiver(s)
• $300.00 per HD / DVR / Tivo receiver
• By placing an online order with 2000 Networks, you understand and agree that this contract is digitally signed and as such, you are waiving your right to a physical signature and agreeing that this Sales Terms and Conditions Agreement is enforceable without your physical signature.

Early Disconnection Chargebacks

• Should you disconnect service with DirecTV/Tivo or be shut off or terminated by DirecTV/Tivo before the end of your DirecTV/Tivo agreement period you may be charged the following Early Disconnection chargebacks:
• $150.00 per DirecTV receiver
• $300.00 per HD / DVR / Tivo receiver
• By placing an online order with 2000 Networks, you understand and agree that this contract is digitally signed and as such, you are waiving your right to a physical signature and agreeing that this Sales Terms and Conditions Agreement is enforceable without your physical signature.

Access Cards

• All access cards must stay with the receiver they are shipped with.
• All access cards must be activated under the name you give us as the
  DirecTV account holder on our Sales Terms and Conditions Agreement form.
• Any receiver activated without the original access card that came with it
  will be subject to a $150.00 chargeback fee per receiver. $300.00 per HD / DVR / Tivo receiver.
• All access cards must stay with the account holder they are originally assigned to.

Sales Terms and Conditions Agreement

• After every order an email requesting completion of our
  Sales Terms and Conditions Agreement is sent out.
• This Sales Terms and Conditions Agreement form must be completed and submitted prior to our processing of your order.
• By placing an online order with 2000 Networks, you understand and agree that this contract is digitally signed and as such, you are waiving your right to a physical signature and agreeing that this Sales Terms and Conditions Agreement is enforceable without your physical signature.
