Return Authorization and Instructions

1. All returns must have an RA (return authorization) number clearly printed on the shipping label.

2. You can obtain an RA number easily by emailing returns@2000networks.com and requesting one along with a detailed explanation of the problem, your name and order number.

3. You will receive a return email which will include a return mailing or shipping address and the required RA number. Please print a copy of this return email and include it in the return package.

4. Package your return in the same packaging as it was received and include all contents. ALL accessories must be included to receive a refund.

5. The item(s) being returned must be in exactly the same condition as it was received.

6. All returns must be insured for their full invoice value.

7. All returns must have a tracking number.
