2000 Networks Sales Terms and Conditions
Please make sure you have read and understand all terms and conditions before ordering. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to read and understand this agreement. All sales and business conducted through this website are bound by the following terms and conditions. Buyers must confirm their agreement of these terms by checking a box during the final checkout process that confirms they have read, understand and agree to the conditions of sale. The checkout process will not complete unless this box is checked.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We sell only to customers with billing and shipping addresses within the 48 US contiguous states. No International, AK or HI orders. No exceptions.
COMMERCIAL ORDERS Beginning November 1, 2009 all of our receivers can be used by both commercial and residential DirecTV customers.
2010 FACTORY BRAND NEW DIRECTV RECEIVERS
Factory brand new DirecTV receivers are factory sealed and ship directly from DirecTV's stocking warehouses to you. A brand new access card is included in the box and must be activated with DirecTV within 30 days of receipt. If you should receive a defective or damaged receiver contact us immediately for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION before calling DirecTV. After you have called DirecTV and given them the access card serial number all warranty issues are between you and DirecTV. This is DirecTV's policy.
2010 FACTORY BRAND NEW DIRECTV RECEIVERS - ACTIVATION
All new 2010 receivers and their respective access cards must be activated within 30 days of receipt. Activation and programming terms and conditions are between you and DirecTV. You must activate within their requirements. 2000 Networks has no control over this arrangement.
PREVIOUSLY OWNED / NEW DIRECTV RECEIVERS
Previously owned / new DirecTV receivers are receivers that we have purchased from distributors and other retailers old stock, store display models or from customers who purchased the receiver new and never used it. These units may have been activated at one time over the years but never used for daily viewing. We test every receiver by hooking it up to a television, bringing up the on-screen menu and making sure the remote operates the receiver properly. Then the receiver is cleaned and re-packaged properly for shipment. As the manufacturer of these older legacy models no longer covers them there is no warranty implied. Receivers cannot be returned for any DirecTV access card or activation issues. This is also discussed under RETURNS - DIRECTV CONFLICTS. No access card is included. You may be able to use an access card that is already on your DirecTV account. If not you may be able to order a new access card from DirecTV. Access cards and activation is between you and DirecTV. No returns. No refunds. No exceptions.

SHIPPING
Small single items like remote controls and small switches usually ship via USPS. Larger items like receivers, dishes, larger switches, etc usually ship out via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. Optional Express shipping services are available in your shopping cart at checkout. Express shipping (overnight, 2-day and 3-day shipping options does not guaranty you will receive your product in 1, 2 or 3 days. If the product is not in stock you will receive your Express shipping from the point inventory becomes available. If you have a critical delivery time make that time clear in the comments section of your order at checkout. If we cannot meet your critical delivery time we will email you and you can make other arrangements. 2000 Networks is not responsible for errors or delays caused by shippers. Cutoff time for all services (FedEx, UPS and USPS ground and express services) is 2:00 PM EST Eastern Standard Time.
RETURNS
Returns are subject to all our sales terms. All returns must be returned in the same condition they were received by you. New items must be returned as new so they can be resold as new. New items that are returned used will not be refunded. All returns require a Return Authorization number. Unauthorized returns will be sent back to the customer at his/her expense. No returns beyond 30 days from the date of sale. No exceptions.
RETURNS - DIRECTV CONFLICTS
We do not accept returns of any DirecTV receivers (HD DVR, HD, DVR or Basic) due to programming or activation conflicts with DirecTV regardless of new or used condition under any circumstances. If you are purchasing an older DirecTV model receiver be aware that DirecTV has been and will be making drastic changes to their programming, access card policies, activation policies, compression, software, and many other features that may affect how your receiver works. CALL DIRECTV and discuss all of your needs and their requirements with them prior to ordering from 2000 Networks. 2000 Networks takes no responsibility for the affect this may have on your receiver, access card, activation or your viewing experience. No returns. No refunds. No exceptions.
REFUNDS Refunds are subject to all our sales terms. Refunds normally take 7-10 days to process. Receivers may take up to 30 days. Possible refund deductions include shipping costs, missing items like original boxes, packaging, accessory items, RA numbers, etc. Refunds are not available for previously owned new or used DirecTV receivers, new receivers that have been activated (check the functionality prior to calling DirecTV to activate the unit), rv or camping related items. New items that are returned used will not be refunded. All refunds will be credited back to the same credit card number that was used to place the order. No refunds beyond 30 days from the date of sale. No exceptions.
PRICE PROTECTION
Our prices change every day. Sometimes significantly. Please do not ask for a lower price before or after your purchase. Thank you.
CREDIT CARDS
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. By placing an order online with 2000networks.com you are stating that you understand and agree that this contract is digitally signed and as such you are waiving your right to a physical signature and agree that this order form is enforceable without your physical signature.
CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACKS
If you attempt a credit card charge-back for any reason and fail we will charge your credit card $50.00 towards our cost at recovering our money. Too many times customers forget ever ordering an item, don't want the item they ordered, need to return an item, etc. and automatically call their credit card company before contacting us. The credit card company automatically takes the money out of our account and makes us prove the charge is valid. This takes several valuable hours away from our staff and involves, phone calls, faxes, emails, tracking records, etc. Our credit card company also charges us NON-REFUNDABLE fees for any chargeback attempt. 100% of the time we win these charge-back cases and recover our money. Unfortunately, we will no longer absorb the full cost of doing so. Be careful! Check your records. If you have questions about a charge on your statement call us first. Our number is right there on your statement. It is not our responsibility to spend time and money due to your accounting errors.
CANCELLATION FEES
All orders cancelled after they have been placed are subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order price including shipping costs. This is not a re-stocking fee. This fee covers the credit card processing fees charged us for every order charged AND every order refunded along with the administration time required for processing and then cancelling your order. No exceptions.
DUE DILIGENCE
It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to understand exactly what he/she is buying and what he/she will receive. Every item we offer has a "What Is Included" tab to the right of the "Description" tab under the product image. This section lists what is included, the items condition, any caveats related to that particular item you should be aware of and more. Be sure to read it before ordering.
